 D. Christopher Lind Photography has a simple pricing method as compared to some of its competition. Many of the competing companies will charge a sitting fee, a per-proof fee, many extra fees, and a higher fee for more time spent with the client. Having grown up on the tail end of this pricing structure, the owner, Doug Lind has had major concerns and rants about this structure. That is why the personal touch of service that the studio provides has no strings attached. When a client chooses the studio, what they receive is a flat-rate, all-inclusive approach to photography. When it comes to portraits, package deals are never quite deals or truly fit what the customer wants. With enlargements and reprints, the studio offers an individual ordering system, tailored to each clients needs at costs often lower than other photographers. The client gets exactly what they want; nothing more or nothing less. As with the sittings, a simple pricing structure is used for the custom tailored enlargements.
