Our photographer strives on being able to create the perfect portrait for the client. He meets with each client individually, and through conversation and some directed questions, is able to match the style of photography with the client. Whether this is a more traditional portrait, a contemporary portrait, or just a down-to-earth one, the clients receive the highest of quality portraits that are a custom fit, tailored to each individual client.

What makes D. Christopher Lind Photography unique is the personal touch that each portrait, client, and contract takes on. "Capturing the essence of you" goes beyond the initial click of the camera. If all it takes to photograph the perfect portrait is a click of a button, many more people would be in this business. However, this is not the case. The personal touch of service starts when the first contact is made between the client and studio. From that moment on, the client is never treated like a number, but more of a friend. It is when this relationship is formed that the photographer is able to truly capture the essence of the client. However it does not end there. There are still many steps left getting the perfect portrait to its clients, and many choices. D. Christopher Lind Photography will assist the client with these decisions, while keeping the client's best interests in mind, rather than just trying to make a sale.

A guarantee accompanies the services and products that D. Christopher Lind Photography provides. Because of the incredible memories and visibility placed on portraits, I offer a re-shoot guarantee for any client. If the client is not satisfied with the portraits, I will re-shoot for free until the client is pleased with the results. If a re-shoot is not available because of the nature of the event, (i.e. a wedding) much effort will be made to correct any defects at no cost to the client, or the client's payment returned. A workmanship and defects guarantee is also placed on the products that the company sells.

D. Christopher Lind Photography has a simple pricing method as compared to some of its competition. Many of the competing companies will charge a sitting fee, a per-proof fee, many extra fees, and a higher fee for more time spent with the client. Having grown up on the tail end of this pricing structure, the owner, Doug Lind has had major concerns and rants about this structure. That is why the personal touch of service that the studio provides has no strings attached. When a client chooses the studio, what they receive is a flat-rate, all-inclusive approach to photography.

When it comes to portraits, package deals are never quite deals or truly fit what the customer wants. With enlargements and reprints, the studio offers an individual ordering system, tailored to each clients needs at costs often lower than other photographers. The client gets exactly what they want; nothing more or nothing less. As with the sittings, a simple pricing structure is used for the custom tailored enlargements.
